Emotional wellbeing has a significant influence on our happiness, quality of life, sense of fulfilment and physical and spiritual health. Our modern, complicated world which increasingly demands more and more from us, frequently moves us further and further away from emotional wellbeing. Individual therapy aims to achieve and maintain emotional wellbeing.
With individual counselling I work with clients to achieve and maintain emotional wellbeing and provide objective counselling to support them through challenging decisions, changes and significant events in their lives. Therapy aims to help clients recover from ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression and burnout, process and deal with loss, bereavement and trauma, re-establish control and establish a path of personal growth and self-actualisation.
