SUPPORT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER DIVORCE
Sometimes couples arrive at the point where they need to consider or face the reality of break-up or divorce. It can be an especially trying transition with overwhelming implications. In divorce support counselling I aim to help clients prepare for, deal with or recover from emotional turmoil, stress and anxiety, depression, negative emotions and thoughts, and often with the new role of single parenting.
I help or guide clients to relearn how to live as a single person, move constructively through life transitions, develop or re-develop new relationship skills, focus and achieve personal growth.
